Mueller, Biden, And The Usual Shenanigans.

Hey, I didn’t say it:

I’ll get to Biden in a minute.  In the meantime…

…the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.” Daniel 5:21

We’ll all be better off once we come to terms with the fact that God wants Trump in office.

After two years of this farce, its well past time the president’s accusers accept the onus to prove him guilty (of something, for the sake of the Republic) instead of petulantly demanding that he prove himself innocent.

The Mueller Report, in spite of its tepid tone gives us this exculpatory phrase right off the bat on page 2:

The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign coordinated with the Russian government in its election of interference activities.”  Full stop.

Thus far, the Left has failed to human-up and offer any apologies.  That’s OK, because I wouldn’t accept them anyway.  Their failure to put their nation ahead of their own twisted agenda exhausted any pretentious to good will that we might have ascribed to them.  I’ll just continue to enjoy the spectacle of them in perpetual freak-out mode as they deal with some inconvenient truths.

Speaking of which…

First let’s put paid to this “22 Months” nonsense.  Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller special counsel on May 17, 2017.  That was not the beginning.  What we know as the investigation into the Trump Campaign began in the summer of 2015. Officials within the Obama Administration blessed off on surveillance of Trump’s business offices.  Then they planted spies within the Trump Campaign itself.  Because “I don’t like you,” is probable cause, apparently.  Reflect on that for a moment.  Deep-state actors once furiously denied and scoffed at these allegations. Once this truth came to light, the Left changed it’s tone from denial to vociferous justification.

By the numbers…

Mueller’s official team: 19 Lawyers/investigators, or as they later became known, “The Team of Democrat Donors.”

The supporting cast: 40 FBI Agents.

2,800 Subpoenas

500 Search Warrants

500 Witnesses

So where did this all lead?  Aside from a 448 page term paper, that is.

Last week, Ace of Spades Headquarters put it better than I possibly could:

“…the President has been “exonerated.” But I put that in quotes because that word implies that Robert Mueller and company were legitimate, impartial arbiters of justice who have nobly executed a fair and just process when the cold, hard truth is that this process was completely illegitimate from the start; they were put there to hang this President if they could, on whatever flimsy excuse they could find or manufacture.”       Kill Shot.

To further paraphrase AOSHQ, At this point, even his enemies have to confess to a grudging admiration of the man.  Every resource of the unaccountable, Deep State – the career bureaucracy, the political apparatus, the K-12 & higher education systems, 90% of broadcast news, print news, and entertainment was launched at him relentlessly for the last four years.

He is still here. That should tell you something. Is it possible for his support to have both grown and calcified?  That’s a paradox to ponder.

Seriously, is there no pill, no therapy we could administer to all the Trump Haters to cure them of their mental illness?   I grow tired explaining that I’m not a “Trump Supporter.  But I will likely end up being a “Trump Voter” again because his enemies continue to project the worst of themselves onto him.  I would like to debate the merits of his policies and his political philosophy (or what the political philosophy actually is).  I simply can’t to get into a circular argument with the insane.

In closing:

Irony, thy name is Biden.

“I asked President Obama not to endorse,” – Kid-Toucher Biden

Not to be outdone: “I sent a message to Deepika Padukone and informed her in no uncertain terms that I will not take her to dinner.”   – Phil Christensen, manningthewall.com.

Biden-PadukoneI am interpreting her silence as resigned acceptance.

I sincerely hope everyone enjoyed their Resurrection Sunday.

“In Trump’s case over 800 former federal prosecutors stated that if he were not a sitting president he would be indicted for obstruction of justice on multiple felony charges. Already seven Trump White House officials, campaign advisers and close associates have been indicted or convicted. His personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, who has been leading the public defense of the president, is directly implicated by name in the Mueller Report for potential involvement in witness tampering.”
